As Sales Support Coordinator, you will be a key link between customers, sales teams, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth order execution from start to finish.

Your passion – our daily business

• You will supervise and track client orders from creation to delivery.
• You will ensure accurate and up‑to‑date data management in our internal systems.
• You will coordinate daily with transport and warehouse teams to secure smooth operations.
• You will address and resolve incidents or claims quickly and professionally.
• You will oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring each step is correctly executed.
• You will guarantee efficient logistics coordination and internal administrative accuracy.
• You will follow up on any issues affecting order execution and ensure timely reporting.
• You will maintain transparent, solution‑oriented communication both internally and externally.
• You will serve as a key contact point for customers, ensuring professional communication and excellent service levels.

What you’ll bring along

• MBO or HBO in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain or a related field.
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in commercial administration in a similar position.
• Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
