Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology to our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people in our industry; and we support them through professional growth, flexibility, and personalized benefits to manage life in and outside of work. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.
Join JLL as a Transaction Manager on our dedicated P&G account, where you will own and drive real estate transactions across a regional portfolio. You will work closely with P&G’s Real Estate team, local brokers, and JLL project teams to turn business and occupancy needs into successful outcomes. The role goes beyond execution: you will also support portfolio and estate management, and bring strategic thinking to selected projects. If you are a proactive, commercially minded professional who enjoys ownership, variety, and working with a global corporate client, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end execution of real estate transactions, including lease and capital acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, and dispositions, keeping tight control of timelines
Engage with P&G at the start of each transaction to define objectives and agree requirements, then advise them throughout the process
Apply a project management approach to coordinate tasks, stakeholders, and deliverables across JLL, P&G, and external parties
Run the Best Broker Programme: appoint and manage brokers, agree commission terms, assess performance post-completion, and oversee commission flow against account KPIs
Develop negotiation strategies with brokers and incorporate P&G’s Critical Lease Terms into agreements
Support due diligence on new locations and review transaction documents, using economic, demographic, and market data (with JLL Research and local experts) to inform decisions
Prepare recommendation papers and authorisation reports, and help secure P&G approvals; complete savings calculations and RE financial analysis where required
Lead regular status meetings and reporting with cross-functional teams, and connect at least monthly with P&G Real Estate Managers on pipeline and upcoming critical lease events
Provide portfolio and programme management support, including budget forecasts, Mark to Market reports, and KPI data
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, sharing best practices, and maintaining accurate transaction records in the Market App tool
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability to manage complex transactions and projects to successful outcomes across regional real estate markets
Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple workstreams
Strategic, creative thinking, and the capability to support portfolio strategy beyond pure transaction execution
Excellent analytical and numeracy skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including confident leadership of virtual meetings with dispersed teams
An ownership mindset and “can-do” attitude, with sound independent judgement and the confidence to be assertive within the scope of the role
Meticulous attention to detail and a firm commitment to deadlines
Curiosity about AI and a track record of quickly adopting it and finding new ways to apply it in real estate services
A collaborative, accountable team player who sets high standards and is committed to continuous improvement and customer delight
Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus); experience with global corporates, a Europe-wide transaction or portfolio background, and RICS or an equivalent real estate qualification are an advantage
