Behind every Bluetooth speaker, headphones, and earbuds is a team of engineers, designers, and specialists working together to bring ideas to life. As a Junior Project Manager, you will help connect cross-functional teams, bring clarity to complex projects, and support the product journey from early development through launch and into the critical first month in market, ensuring a strong start and positive performance.
As Junior Project Manager, External Development, you will join our PMO team in Struer or Lyngby and support the development of our Bluetooth product range. Working closely with experienced project managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities, create alignment across teams, and contribute to bringing innovative audio products through the product development cycles.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career project manager to develop their skills, gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle, and grow within a dynamic, international technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination, and execution of product development projects
- Maintain project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to support successful execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, product management, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure alignment across project activities
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, follow up on actions, and support effective project communication
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and potential roadblocks
- Support project reporting, documentation, governance activities, and stakeholder updates
- Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and ways of working across the portfolio
What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated and structured project management professional with a strong interest in technology and product development. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy bringing clarity to complex situations, and are eager to build your experience working with cross-functional teams.
Moreover, you bring:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Product Development, Business Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, product development, or a similar role within a technology company
- An interest in consumer electronics, software, hardware, or connected products
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Project Management Certification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
