We are currently looking for a Sales Training Manager to join our Corporate Performance & ESG Business Unit. CP & ESG delivers software solutions and services that help organizations manage financial, sustainability, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements, enabling better business performance, risk management, and compliance through data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership and key stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that improve seller performance, accelerate productivity, and support revenue growth across the business.
About the Role
As a Sales Training Manager, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to Sales Leadership, driving the design and execution of enablement initiatives that increase seller productivity, elevate customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify performance and capability gaps, translate business priorities into targeted enablement strategies, and deliver scalable programs that drive measurable sales outcomes. You will use sales performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and help sellers execute strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and enablement priorities.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Use sales performance data, pipeline analysis, and field insights to drive enablement initiatives.
- Design and facilitate sales training programs for customer-facing teams.
- Deliver coaching and readiness programs focused on sales methodologies and best practices.
- Manage onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
- Develop enablement resources, certifications, and learning materials in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support frontline managers with coaching frameworks and enablement tools.
- Measure program effectiveness through adoption, proficiency, and business performance metrics.
- Present enablement insights, recommendations, and program outcomes to senior leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Skills
- Strong expertise in sales enablement, sales training, and coaching programs.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences.
- Ability to leverage sales performance data to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across matrix organizations.
- Experience developing onboarding, certification, and sales readiness programs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled coaching, sales enablement tools, and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Productivity, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, or a related commercial function.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology, or other complex B2B sales environments is preferred.
