About the role
We are currently looking for a motivated and creative Student Assistant to join our AI strategy, Innovation & Adoption team in Engineering Model Transformation working with communication & AI adoption at NNE.
This role is perfect for a student who is passionate about communication and eager to get hands-on experience with driving digital transformation.
You will work around 15-20 hours per week in our office in Virum, supporting internal initiatives that promote AI adoption across NNE. Your tasks will include creating engaging content (written and visual), assisting with workshops and events, and helping communicate updates about new AI features. You will join a small team dedicated to making AI a natural part of our work life, and you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field.

How you might spend your days As a Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Support communication and change management through emails, newsletters, intranet posts and workshops.
- Track and summarise new AI releases, test and evaluate features and agents and create content for publication.
- Maintain and update our internal AI knowledge platforms (SharePoint, Communities etc.)
- Facilitate or co-host user training sessions and design engaging training materials.
- Brainstorm and help drive creative adoption campaigns.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.

- Self-driven, able to manage tasks independently and take initiative
- Interested in AI and digital solutions (experience with AI usage is a plus)
- Strong visual design sense (experience with Figma, Claude design or other UI/UX tools is a plus)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
What you bring to the role In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role:
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (IT, business, communication or related field) with at least one year remaining.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude or similar is a plus.
- Alternative relevant experience is also welcome
