A Snapshot of Your Day
Join the Offshore Service Engineering SCADA team as SCADA Project Manager (f/m/d) and work at the interface of Engineering, Service, Product Management, and Execution to keep SCADA-related initiatives on track and aligned across the organisation. You coordinate cross-functional activities around MySite360 product releases, translating operational needs into structured inputs, tracking actions and risks, and ensuring service readiness is visible before key release decisions are made. From analysing process gaps to facilitating complex stakeholder discussions, you bring the structure and transparency that allows Engineering teams to stay focused on technical excellence. Your work directly supports the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of SCADA systems across a global offshore wind farm fleet.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage cross-functional SCADA initiatives across Service, Execution, Product Management, and Technology, representing Service and Engineering interests in MySite360 product release preparation
- Translate operational impacts into structured risks, dependencies, and readiness inputs; track actions and decisions across meetings, steering committees, and releases
- Analyse gaps between BIC processes and actual SCADA and Service operations, driving stakeholder alignment before escalating proposals to Global Process Owners
- Ensure local improvements are standardised and fed back into formal BIC processes, and identify recurring operational risks related to SCADA, MySite360, and Service delivery
- Support audits and compliance activities such as SteerCos and OSMS, and act as a neutral coordinator in complex, cross-organisational discussions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Systems, or equivalent, combined with long term experience as a Technical Project / Programme Manager
- Experience in industrial IT or OT, SCADA, or complex technical environments; familiarity with product releases, service operations, or regulated environments is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills across organisational boundaries, with the ability to translate technical topics into structured management-level input
- Solid understanding of process governance and enterprise operating models, with a structured, persistent, and solution-oriented working style and high communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with digital platforms or large-scale system rollouts and a formal PM certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Excellent command of English paired with strong communication skills
