We are wereld restaurant Wereld Keuken Dordrecht, looking for multiple passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
