Junior Executive Assistant with German

We will count on you to:
- Support senior stakeholders in their day-to-day work and help prioritize tasks proactively
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including last-minute changes
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and a service mindset
- Support sales-operations-related tasks, such as preparing information, coordinating activities, tracking action items, and organizing content
- Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations and management-ready materials, especially in PowerPoint
What you need to have:
- Vocational training in a commercial field, hospitality, administration, or a similar area, with some relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills, including in an international environment
- A structured and efficient working style, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility, reliability, empathy, and good judgment when dealing with different stakeholders
