Launched in 2013, WebBeds is a global marketplace for the travel trade, providing powerful distribution solutions that make selling and buying travel products easier. It sources accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers, aggregates and merchandises that content in the WebBeds platform, then distributes it to its global network of travel trade buyers, who sell to the travelling public.

Travel buyers - online travel agencies, retail travel agents, corporate travel managers, tour operators, wholesalers, tourism boards, super apps, DMC’s, group providers, airlines and more - can integrate the hundreds of thousands of hotels and ground services in the WebBeds marketplace through simple and seamless API connectivity, or they can search, shop and book online through one of WebBeds trade only booking sites.

WebBeds operates globally through four geographic regions – Europe, Asia Pacific, MEA (Middle East and Africa) and Americas - with over 1,900 travel professionals working in 120 cities across 50 countries worldwide.

What you will do on your journey with WebBeds:

As a Transformation Programme Manager, you will lead and deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation that drive measurable business value and support WebBeds’ strategic objectives. Working across multiple functions, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop effective solutions, and execute high-impact programmes aligned to our four strategic pillars.

This role calls for a strategic mindset, strong delivery expertise, and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships that drive transformation and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Opportunity identification: Identify transformation opportunities across business functions to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Strategic prioritisation: Partner with functional leaders to define and prioritise initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Business cases: Develop business cases to support initiative prioritisation and the approval process.
• Solution design: Lead workshops and working sessions to co-create solutions with stakeholders.
• Programme planning: Own programme planning and establish recurring checkpoints to track delivery progress and resolve dependencies.
• Risk management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure successful delivery.
• Performance tracking: Define key performance indicators and track metrics to ensure target achievement and impact realisation.
• Stakeholder communication: Conduct regular programme status reviews to communicate progress, highlight achievements, and address delays or deviations.
• Team leadership: Manage and coach team members to achieve performance objectives and reach their development goals while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• AI adoption: Drive AI adoption by embedding relevant AI tools and features into day-to-day ways of working.
• Roadmap ownership: Shape and maintain a transformation roadmap that aligns with the broader company strategy.
• Technology integration: Drive the integration of technology solutions to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Culture of innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.

• Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives through technology-driven solutions, guided by data-backed business cases and evolving market demands.
• Solid technical background with experience in cloud architecture and emerging technologies.
• A data-driven mindset across the entire transformation journey, from initial analysis through execution to performance measurement.
• Skilled at navigating complex challenges and driving effective, end-to-end solutions.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to learn and iterate quickly.
• Effective stakeholder management and strategic partnership-building skills.
• Confident working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable and engaging approach.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with additional European languages considered a plus.
• Experience in the travel or B2B services industry is a plus.
