Are you our new Recruiter in Den Bosch?

Are you a natural networker, energized by matching top talent with great companies, and fluent in English? At International Sourcing, we are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter (32–40 hours) to join our team in Den Bosch!

What will you be doing?

As a Recruiter at International Sourcing, you are the driven link between talent and our clients. You work in a goal-oriented way to place the right candidates quickly and effectively:

• Talent scouting: You search for and find the best candidates via LinkedIn and various recruitment channels.
• Intakes & matching: You conduct job interviews (in English), get to know candidates quickly, and directly assess if there is a match with the client.
• Placing & onboarding: You present candidates to the client, guide them through the interview process, and ensure a smooth start up to their first day on the job.
• Commercial insights: With your commercial acumen, you spot opportunities in the market and know how to smartly connect supply and demand.

What do you bring to the table?

• You have excellent spoken and written English skills (this is a strict requirement, as you will be dealing with international candidates daily).
• Experience in recruitment or staffing is a plus, but commercial insight and a driven mindset are just as important to us!
• You are a strong communicator, results-oriented, and solution-focused.
• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
