Senior Delivery Manager (CRM)

What you will do:

• Make sure delivery standards and best practices are followed across CRM projects
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools and methodologies
• Monitor project performance, KPIs and how well projects meet quality benchmarks
• Help project teams solve delivery challenges and manage risks
• Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of CRM delivery frameworks
• Work with stakeholders to align CRM delivery with business goals
• Coach and guide project managers and delivery teams Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience delivering CRM projects (must-have), such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
• Several years in delivery management, project or program management, or PMO roles in IT or consulting
• Experience defining and improving delivery standards, frameworks and quality processes
• Good knowledge of delivery KPIs, project health monitoring and risk management
• Experience coaching or mentoring project managers and delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to link delivery to business outcomes
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches
