Zakres obowiązków* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring coordination,

• Providing orientation and on-boarding for new hires and assisting new hires in completing employment formalities,
• Administer employee benefits and support employees with benefit-related inquiries,
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating employment-related documentation, including employment contracts and other HR documentation, in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations,
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systems and personnel records,
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of mandatory medical examinations and health & safety training,
• Preparing regular HR reports and analyses, while ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status of employee data within HR systems,
• Provide support to managers and employees on labor law and HR-related matters,
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements,
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and administration,
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

Poszukiwane kompetencje* Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources related experience,

• Very good knowledge of labor law and HR processes,
• Experience in independently delivering end-to-end recruitment projects,
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details,
• Knowledge of HR systems would be an advantage,
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and/or sensitive business information,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR reporting,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines,
• Strong communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office.
