Our client is a global organization with an international supply chain network supporting production and distribution across multiple markets. You will join a team responsible for planning product availability, balancing demand with production capacity, and ensuring efficient supply operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare short-, mid-, and long-term supply and production plans.
Balance demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and material availability.
Monitor supply risks and propose solutions to avoid shortages.
Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS).
Translate production plans into daily manufacturing schedules.
Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Finance teams.
Analyze planning KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Support capacity planning and bottleneck management.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain. Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of MRP, MPS, DRP, capacity planning, and inventory management.
Experience with SAP APO or other planning systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
English and Spanish at a minimum C1 level.
Availability to work rotating shifts (8:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00).

Nice to have:

Experience with SQL or data warehouses.
Participation in supply chain system implementations.
Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
