Retail Manager (maternity cover)

With a strong presence in the Danish market, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our 15 stores across Denmark. This is a full-time maternity cover position for a duration of 10 months. We are looking to fill this position by mid November 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Store Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of 15 retail stores, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to drive sales growth.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire a team of store managers and retail staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
• Visual Merchandising:
  • Ensure that the visual merchandising is on-brand, following company guidelines and presented in an attractive and customer-friendly manner.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  • Prioritise exceptional customer service standards. Address customer inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Regularly analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement effective strategies to address challenges and capitalise on strengths.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Manager in the fashion retail, overseeing multiple stores.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Danish retail market trends and consumer behavior.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed.
