DHL Industrial Projects: DHL Industrial Projects (IP) is part of DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) Integrated Solutions and is a global project logistics specialist delivering integrated heavy lift and project cargo solutions across a wide range of sectors.
With over 750 multimodal project logistics professionals across 50 countries, we engineer and execute complex transport solutions, from single OOG shipments to large scale capital projects, managing the full lifecycle from origin pick up to final site delivery.

Joining our program will launch an exciting and rewarding career within Industrial Projects. You will have opportunities to enhance your skills across different facets of our business. To achieve this, you will be placed on up to 10 different functional assignments for 3 months each. The foundational assignments, consisting of Operations, Pricing, and Commercial, cover the foundations of our business.
The specialization assignments, comprising of Digital, FCL Procurement, Chartering & Vessel Operation, Controlling & Finance, Ocean Freight, Hub Operations, Digital, and Health Safety & Environment, enable you to further specialize in different functional domains.
Your professional development is also important to us. You will be mentored by a senior leader within IP, providing you with guidance and feedback and helping you to plan your career. Beyond the company, you will also have unique opportunities to build your professional network, such as participating in customer engagements and attending leading industry conferences, paving the way to a bright future in the industry.
What we look for:
- Excellent academic records in a relevant degree, including business/international business, supply chain, logistics, and engineering (GPA 3.0 minimum preferred) or 2 years of relevant working experience, or military background.
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written); an additional language will be beneficial.
- Extra-curricular activities demonstrating strong team/leadership experience, and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Adaptable to changing working environments and sensitive to diverse working teams.
- Inquisitive, willing to learn and accept new challenges and responsibilities; motivated towards career growth, learning, and development.
- Willing to participate in a “hands-on” work environment, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Full mobility and willingness to travel and stay in foreign countries during multiple placements abroad.
