At Floox we design, develop and manufacture fast and ultra-fast DC charging points for electric vehicles. Currently our solutions cover ranges from 30kW to 360kW in DC.

Floox was born as a brand of solutions for electric mobility of Premium PSU after a 40 years of experience in power and energy conversion solutions (power supplies, DC/DC converters, inverters, battery chargers and bidirectional converters) in the electric industry, rail transport and high-tech equipment sectors and has a team of more than 130 people.

MISSION

The selected candidate will actively participate in the industrialization of our products, ensuring an efficient transition from design to volume manufacturing, including coordination with our manufacturing partners. They will provide hardware technical support to the design team, including outsourcing and validation of PCB designs.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively participate in product industrialization processes: transition from prototype to serial production, DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly).
• Technical coordination with outsourced manufacturing partners: production follow-up, issue resolution, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Technical support in PCB design and validation, including coordination with external electronics designers/suppliers.
• Definition and follow-up of manufacturing, assembly and testing processes, both in-house and at external manufacturing partners.
• Preparation of industrialization technical documentation (BOM, manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, control plans).
• Analysis and resolution of manufacturing issues, both in Barcelona and with international manufacturing partners.
• Close collaboration with the hardware, mechanical, quality and production teams to ensure full manufacturability and product integration.
• Active contribution to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and cost reduction.

Requisitos:

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Technical Degree (FP) or Engineering Degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in electronic product industrialization and/or volume manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners, ideally across multi-site international operations.
• Hardware/electronics knowledge; ability to provide technical support or review PCB designs (not necessarily a PCB designer).
• Genuine day-to-day autonomy: able to prioritize, organize and drive tasks forward without constant supervision.
• Dynamic, resolutive profile, willing to contribute beyond strictly assigned tasks.
• Advanced english level to work with technical documentation and international manufacturing partners.
