HR Intern - 6 Months Internship - January 2027

If you are passionate about HR, you like challenges and teamwork, there is an opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated HR internship full time for 6 months!

Starting date: January 2027

Within the Nordic Organization and reporting to the HR Manager, you will be collaborating in many different topics such as induction, recruitment, training, internal communication and personnel administration.

This internship will be based on Copenhagen, Denmark.

Job responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships and support HRBP with recruitment for the Retail population: job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and conducting first-round interviews.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and ATS
• Collaborate with the Head of HR to animate the intern community, and develop Employer Branding activities

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding

• Lead the onboarding process for all interns and new joiners to ensure seamless integration
• Manage employee offboarding administration
• Update and maintain accurate employee records across HR documents and systems, including HR Master File, HR policies, benefits administration, and general HR inquiries

Talent Development & Training

• Support the Head of HR in driving Talent Development initiatives aligned with the HR Roadmap
• Organize and follow up on internal training programs (mandatory, e-learning), collaborate with the training department
• Assist in the rollout, administration, and follow-up of the performance review process.

Internal Communication, Events & Administration

• Drive internal communication initiatives and provide hands-on support for company internal events
• Provide general administrative support and assist with regular and ad-hoc HR reporting
• Support the HRBP with operational HR tasks

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's student
• Fluency in English is required (Danish and other Nordics languages will be a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Power Point).

• Trustworthy with high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
• Passion & Drive: Passionate about HR, highly proactive, and solution-oriented with a force de proposition mindset, consistently going beyond what is asked.
• Learning Agility: Fast learner capable of adapting quickly to a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Organization & Rigor: Highly structured and organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ethics & Discretion: Completely trustworthy, maintaining high standards of ethics, integrity, and absolute confidentiality regarding employee records and HR matters.
• Communication & Flexibility: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with flexibility and agility to manage multiple priorities.

• 6 months Internship, full time - flexible working hours to accommodate school projects/exams.
• Internship agreement required - Internship must be part of educational program for school credits.
