As a Shipping Agent at Everllence, you will serve as a key link between our operations and global partners, collaborating closely with freight forwarders and agents to plan and execute shipments with precision. You will also coordinate with our warehouses to ensure the timely and accurate handling of goods, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and strengths will be valuable:

• A few years of experience within logistical coordination, shipping, or other relevant areas of the supply chain
• An interest in hands-on in logistics and a strong focus on ensuring on-time delivery
• The ability to work effectively in an environment where deadlines are tight and priorities can change quickly
• A structured and analytical approach, with an interest in process optimization and the ability to anticipate challenges and identifying opportunities
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, with an interest in staying up to date on industry developments and best practices
• A sense of accountability and a collaborative approach that supports the success of the wider team
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the initiative to drive tasks and improvements forward
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, along with strong MS Office skills. Experience with, or an interest in, ERP systems such as SAP is considered an advantage

The department consists of 24 colleagues located across our offices in Copenhagen and Frederikshavn.
