Your IMPACT: As a Business Finance Data, AI & Automation Lead, you will play a key role in transforming how Business Finance teams leverage data, reporting, artificial intelligence, and automation to drive business value and decision-making. Acting as a bridge between Finance stakeholders, Data Experts, and Technology teams, you will ensure trusted data, scalable solutions, and effective governance while accelerating the adoption of AI and automation across the Business Finance organization. Your Responsibilities* Own and drive the Business Finance roadmap for reporting, datasets, AI initiatives, and automation opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize the portfolio of reporting, data, AI, and automation requests, balancing business value, strategic priorities, risks, and available capacity.
- Gather, challenge, and refine business requirements to ensure solutions address clear business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Process Experts, Data Analysts, IT teams, and Data Platform Owners to design and deliver scalable, trusted, and reusable solutions.
- Ensure Business Finance teams have access to reliable, reconciled, and fit-for-purpose data for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Assess data availability and quality across enterprise systems, data platforms, and reporting environments, and advise stakeholders on the most appropriate data sources.
- Identify data gaps and coordinate the development of new datasets and data pipelines with relevant technology teams.
- Establish and promote effective data governance, including data ownership, access management, documentation, and consistent data standards.
- Ensure alignment and reconciliation between newly developed solutions and approved reporting and performance-management tools.
- Drive standardization and reuse of reporting, data, AI, and automation solutions, minimizing duplication and increasing efficiency.
- Lead the Business Finance AI & Automation Community, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices.
- Promote and accelerate the responsible use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, and other approved AI and automation technologies.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business value through data, AI, and automation initiatives.
(External) English Qualifications: Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in data, business intelligence, analytics, finance transformation, product management/ownership, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data sources, data modelling, reconciliation processes, access management, and data pipelines.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and delivering initiatives in a complex, international, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Good knowledge of Business Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or Performance Management processes.
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and access-control principles.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of data integration and pipeline concepts; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other AI and automation solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data topics into clear business insights.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Fluent English language skills.
