We are looking for an SAP/EWM engineer or supporter, with a professional foundation and a structured approach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks including technical investigation, SAP IT layout preparation, testing and coordination with stakeholders internally and externally.
Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating tests, implementations and planning the rollout. One of the major tasks will be working on designing our new EWM setup for our flagship warehouse being built in Hedehusene together with 1-2 colleagues.
As a minor task you will also support the current warehouse together with the team in daily tasks related to EWM in our current setup.

We are looking for a SAP- and Warehouse Supporter with a solid professional foundation within logistics and warehouse operations with a structured approach and preferably experience in project work.
You will handle a variety of tasks in close cooperation with the daily operational team such as:
- Technical investigation and clarification of the IT landscape in regards of upcoming S/4HANA rollout on a key user level
- Preparation of warehouse layout and rollout plans related to the new warehouse
- Interfaces and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitation of root cause analysis and problem-solving
Testing and planning the local rollout of S/4HANA and maintenance of SAP EWM

We imagine that you:
- Have a background in Warehouse operations, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Have experience working with SAP, and preferably S/4HANA and SAP EWM
- Have a methodical approach to technical implementation and problem-solving
- Are structured, result-oriented and able to execute tasks according to a given schedule
- Preferably are experienced with implementing EWM or other similar systems but not a requirement
- Have good collaboration and communication skills
- Are a team player, who enjoys sharing experiences and sustains organizational learning
- Have previous experience in warehouses or logistical operations
- Are fluent in English both in speech and writing

You will be part of a highly motivated and inspiring team with an informal and straightforward culture. The team is engaged in operating the current setup and supporting the creation of our future production and warehouse in Trekroner.
With reference to the Head of Warehouse & Logistics, you will also be anchored in the warehouse organization with 90 colleagues working with the daily operation of the warehouse and on various improvement projects. You’ll work closely together with a small group of colleagues working on various projects, supporting the daily business as well as strategic optimizations.
Everllence is relocating our facilities in Copenhagen and Holeby to our new 175.000 m2 plot in Trekroner, Roskilde. The relocation of approximately 2.000 people includes the establishment of a new factory and logistics center of approx. 34.000 m2 for our 350 colleagues.
The factory produces parts for two-stroke ship engine fuel injection and the logistics center supplies parts globally for the new and aftersales market. The logistics center will consist of a high bay warehouse, large bin-storage, conventional racking areas and a process area.
