What will you do?
Reporting to the Backoffice manager UK/IE & Export, as a Customer Service employee, you play a key role in our sales process for the UK team. Together with your account manager, you are responsible for generating revenue and offering the best solutions to a fixed group of B2B clients. With your expertise in promotional products and printing techniques, you ensure that every order is a success.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships via phone, email, and our CRM system
• Processing and following up on quotations and orders to ensure smooth handling
• Identifying commercial opportunities and proactively thinking along with the client
• Collaborating with internal teams across different countries, including sales, customer care, the print facility, and the purchasing office
• Continuously learning and developing through training on market trends and product innovations

• Salary: €2650,- en €3000,- gross per month, depending on experience

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented team player with commercial insight. You have:

• Education: MBO+ level (preferably with a commercial background)
• Software skills: Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office, or willingness to learn
• Skills: Strong communication skills and accuracy in administrative and commercial processes
• Language: Native or upper intermediate English
