With the MS Autohoofclean, we are making a real difference: a fully automated solution for hoof health issues. No empty promises, but measurable improvements on more than 5,000 farms across Europe.

As Area Manager Dairy UK at The Schippers Group, you are the face of this vision. You help dairy farmers in the United Kingdom make lame cows a thing of the past. Together with our enthusiastic team of distributors, you ensure that every dairy farmer in the UK becomes familiar with the MS Autohoofclean.

You will actively contribute to our mission right on the farm.

What are you going to do?

Visiting agricultural entrepreneurs on-site in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Managing and expanding the customer portfolio together with the distributor.
Analyzing farm operations and proactively identifying opportunities for the MS Autohoofclean.
Providing critical, practical advice to optimize the lifespan and health of cows.
Building valuable, long-term relationships as a trusted sparring partner.
Developing yourself through our MS Academy into a true authority in the field of cattle.
Achieving commercial goals and finding fulfillment in successful advisory pathways that genuinely propel the customer and your dealers forward.
Collaborating with your distributors to provide training, organize trade fairs, and coordinate study trips for farmers to our demonstration farm in Hapert. What we are looking for?

You speak the language of the farmer and possess strong commercial skills, naturally in fluent English. You are a relationship-builder who believes in prevention and animal health.
You are a networker who naturally invests in long-term relationships.
You have a passion for sales and want to succeed, by genuinely helping the distributor progress through your expert knowledge. Ultimately, they are the ones who will drive your success.
You have a passion for the agricultural sector and for traveling.
You reside in the Southern Netherlands region or in the UK. You will spend roughly half of your time working from the Netherlands, and the other half in the UK. What we offer?
