RB Horeca, a leading hospitality group in Amsterdam, is on the hunt for a talented Chef de Partie to join the dynamic kitchen at Lolo! Our bold Italian concept. Known for blending big, authentic Italian flavors with Amsterdam’s vibrant energy, Lolo offers a unique space where our guests enjoy delicious meals in a relaxed, yet buzzing atmosphere.

We’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Italian chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. If you have a passion for authentic Italian cuisine and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and present high-quality Italian dishes that reflect the spirit of Lolo.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service every time.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety (HACCP is second nature to you).
• Jump in where needed and keep cool when the kitchen gets hot – especially on busy nights.

What you Bring:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume or Italian kitchen.
• A love for Italian food from traditional classics to modern takes.
• Solid English communication skills (Dutch is a plus, but not a must).
• A hands-on attitude, eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
