Do you want to play a key role in delivering one of Denmark's most ambitious integration programmes? As Transformation Director, you will as the lead of the PMO help ensure the successful integration of Telia Denmark into Norlys by turning strategy into execution. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will create transparency, drive execution, and enable critical decisions that keep the programme moving forward. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of Norlys through one of Denmark's largest and most strategically important integrations.
Be part of a transformation that will define Norlys' future
You will become part of the Integration Programme responsible for bringing Telia Denmark and Norlys together. As one of the largest and most complex business integrations in Denmark, the programme spans technology platforms, customer migrations, operations, commercial activities, organisational change, and value creation.
In this role, you will work at the heart of the programme, partnering closely with senior leaders, external partners, and workstream leads across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner, you will help create alignment, enable informed decision-making, and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into tangible business outcomes.
Drive successful execution across a complex transformation programme
As Transformation Director, your primary focus will be ensuring programme momentum, transparency, and delivery across a broad range of interconnected initiatives. You will help leaders navigate complexity, mitigate risks, and maintain focus on the activities that create the greatest business impact.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drive integrated planning across multiple programme workstreams
Manage critical interdependencies and ensure alignment across the programme
Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation actions before they affect delivery
Create transparency around progress, milestones, delivery confidence, and value realisation
Support executive governance, leadership forums, and steering committee decision-making
Resolve programme bottlenecks and help teams execute effectively
Challenge assumptions and maintain focus on the activities that matter most
Create accountability while ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operational stakeholders
Establish the right structures, governance, and ways of working to enable successful delivery.
Combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution
We expect you to bring strong programme leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to create clarity in highly complex environments. You thrive when navigating ambiguity and competing priorities and are motivated by delivering tangible outcomes through others.
To succeed in the role, you likely bring:
Extensive experience within large scale transformation management, programme delivery, or large-scale strategic initiatives
Strong expertise in risk, dependency, and critical path management
Experience driving strategic execution and value realisation
Proven ability to support executive decision-making and governance processes
Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership teams
Experience with organisational change, integration, or transformation programmes
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex environments
A track record of creating alignment and driving execution without formal authority.
Experience from management consulting, transformation offices, programme leadership, PMO functions, integration management, or similar environments will be considered an advantage.
