Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, chop, and portion fresh ingredients according to daily prep sheets and portion standards.
• Prepare broths and sauces strictly following our standardized operating procedures (SOP).
• Operate and manage the deep-fry station to ensure consistent texture, temperature, and quality for street food sides.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety standards (HACCP), and prep station cleanliness.
• Assist the team with service setup, line restocking, and post-service sanitation/closing routines.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience (prep cook, line cook, or assistant cook) preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome—training on standard recipes is provided.
• Ability to work accurately and maintain high standards during fast-paced service hours.
• Strong team communication; working English is required (Mandarin is a strong plus).
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Valid EU working rights or Dutch work permit.
