Test Manager

Home journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. We need an experienced Test Data Manager to establish a strategic Test Data Management process, create governance, drive adoption across teams, ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR), and enable scalable support for automation/AI and CI/CD processes.

Deliverables:

Test data strategy and governance by defining and implementing test data startegy, establish governance, ownership model and operating framework, create TDM policies covering provisioning, masking, retention and refresh cycles and define KPIs and reporting for TDM effectiveness in collaboration with client´s Central Data provisioning team.

Assess current state of test data process, tools and responsibilities, identify the gaps, risk and dependencies and inefficiencies, map critical business journey and data dependencies

Create the target TDM model and establish self-service capabilities for teams, define roles and responsibilities accross ART.s and teams

Define automated test data provisionong approcah and integrate TDM into CI/CP Pipelines, enable on demad test data generation and refresch processes

Drive PoC/Pilot activiteis and lead rollout and adoption accross Home Journey.

Must-Have Knowledge & Experience

10+ years within Testing, QA, or Data Management.

Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities.

Data masking and anonymization

GDPR and regulatory compliance

End-to-End testing

Test automation & AI utilisation

CI/CD pipelines

Agile and DevOps delivery models

Experience and understanding of mainframe systems

Test automation

Experience managing test data across:

Multiple applications

Integrated platforms

Distributed teams

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience conducting TDM assessments, strategies, and operating model design.

Experience with test data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning, and provisioning approaches.

Nice-to-Have Knowledge & Experience

Banking, mortgage, or financial services domain knowledge.

Experience with Home Journey or customer onboarding journeys.
