Currently, within our Global Design Center with offices in Kraków and Warsaw, we are expanding the Document Control Team and are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Junior Document Control Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support in day-to-day functions that relate to document control maintenance.
- Completing routine document control tasks and dealing with situations and activities that are straightforward in nature.
- Contributing individually, primarily through the application of a formal body of knowledge possible requirement of short-term management of people or project resources to accomplish results.
- Cooperating with Design Manager/Project Manager/Project Information Manager to find out project specific details related to document rotation and requirements.
- Assisting in implementation of standard document control procedures following the enterprise or business group procedures.
- Efficient use of dedicated Common Data Environment.
- Controlling documentation and adherence to document control processes.
- Generating transmittals, cover letter, issuing documents to clients, contractors, and other parties on a project.
- Maintaining register of issued documents.
- Recording and distributing incoming documentation.
- Preparing reports, responding to project status questions/issues.
- Supporting project close out.

- Minimum BS degree,
- Very good English (written and spoken),
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Adaptable and responsive to change,
- Attention to detail skills,
- Ability to prioritize tasks,
- Independent, pro-active, and a positive attitude,
- Professional, self-motivated & reliable.
