Senior Business Developer – Cybersecurity Learning

What will you do?

As a Senior Business Developer – Cybersecurity Learning, you will:

• Conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder analyses and cybersecurity capability assessments.
• Perform gap analyses to identify knowledge, skill and behavioural gaps across different internal and external target audiences.
• Analyse emerging AI-related cyber threats, risks, technology developments and regulatory requirements and translate these into relevant learning and awareness needs.
• Develop evidence-based and risk-based learning strategies and interventions aligned with organisational objectives.
• Develop persona-driven learning and awareness approaches tailored to different learner and audience segments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts, HR/Learning & Development, risk teams, leadership and business stakeholders to define learning requirements.
• Lead learning-related initiatives from analysis and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear, engaging and actionable learning approaches.
• Advise stakeholders on the most appropriate intervention, distinguishing between learning, awareness, process and technical solutions.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning and awareness initiatives, including behavioural change, capability improvements and business impact.
• Drive initiatives independently and ensure agreed outcomes are delivered.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines strong cybersecurity knowledge with learning, analysis and stakeholder management experience.

Experience & knowledge

• Proven experience in learning needs analysis, capability assessments and gap analyses.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity within enterprise IT environments.
• Good understanding of AI-enabled threats, cybersecurity risks and controls.
• Experience translating complex technical content into clear business, risk and learning outcomes.
• Experience developing risk-based learning, awareness or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working with different personas, target audiences or learner groups.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning, awareness or behavioural interventions.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
