Sales Representative – Ukrainian & Russian Speaking Customers – Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative – Ukrainian & Russian Speaking Customers – Full-Time to support and grow our customer base among Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking customers.

This full-time, on-site role in our Rotterdam office is perfect for someone who understands Ukrainian and Russian culture, communication styles, and customer expectations. You will join a young, dynamic, and multicultural team with colleagues from across Europe.

About the role

As a Sales Representative – Ukrainian & Russian Speaking Customers – Full-Time – Rotterdam, you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking customers
• Communicate daily via phone, WhatsApp, email, and ticket system
• Provide excellent customer support and product advice
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with repair shops and business customers
• Manage your own customer portfolio and handle administrative tasks
• Conduct outbound sales and cold acquisition to grow our customer base among Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking customers
• Collaborate closely with your international teammates

This position is 100% on-site in Rotterdam, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time between 09:00 and 11:00.

What we are looking for

To naturally connect with Ukrainian- and Russian-speaking customers, we are looking for someone who:

• Speaks Ukrainian and Russian as their first languages
• Has strong familiarity with Ukrainian and Russian communication styles and business cultures
• Currently lives in or near Rotterdam
• Has an MBO+ / HBO level of thinking
• Is proactive, confident, and eager to learn
• Feels comfortable on the phone and enjoys supporting customers
• Can handle pressure and has a commercial mindset
• Preferably has experience in sales or customer service (not required)
• Has affinity with tech or electronics (a bonus)

Contract details

• First contract: 7 months
• Includes a 1-month probation period
