Job Mission:
The main objective of the Retail People & Culture Manager position is to lead human resources strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment within the company's stores, aligned with Camper's values and organizational culture.
Description of Responsibilities
Talent Development and Management:
- Design and execute talent acquisition, development and retention strategies.
- Conduct inclusive and diverse selection processes, ensuring alignment with company values.
Team Development:
- Lead, inspire and motivate the retail team to achieve common goals.
- Establish professional development plans and ongoing training programs to improve team performance.
- Implement periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Human Resources Management:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
- Manage labor conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse environment, fostering equal opportunities.
Organizational Culture:
- Promote and transmit Camper's culture and values in all retail operations.
- Implement initiatives and activities that reinforce the sense of belonging and commitment of the staff.

Key Stakeholders
The position reports directly to the People & Culture Director and works closely with the following stakeholders:
- Area & Store Managers Team.
- Human Resources Department.
- Training and Development Team.
- Operations and Logistics Area.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related area.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector.
- Solid knowledge in human resources management and organizational development.
- Proven ability to implement talent and culture strategies.
