We are looking for an ESG Customer and Project Coordinator M/F/X to join our team in Katowice on a permanent contract, full time. It's an hybrid position (2 days at home and 3 days at office.)
The Global ESG Customer and Project Coordinator supports the Global ESG team (part of Legal) across a range of initiatives and projects. Main focus of the role is leading, coordinating, and responding to customer ESG requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-structured information is delivered. The position also contributes to project management activities, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with the development of tools and processes.
Additional responsibilities include supporting internal and external sustainability communications, creating presentations and materials, coordinating sustainability-related training, and overseeing global ESG data and systems to connect all regions.
Key responsibilities for this role :
- Lead, coordinate, and respond to customer sustainability inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Track sustainability project deliverables, deadlines, action items, and progress across global teams.
- Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and shared resources.
- Assist with ESG data governance, analysis, and maintenance of global sustainability systems connecting all regions.
- Prepare internal and external reports, summaries, and dashboards related to sustainability initiatives.
- Support the development of sustainability communications, including presentations, briefings, and collateral.
- Coordinate sustainability-related training sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, and follow-up.
- Facilitate collaboration between regional sustainability teams to ensure alignment and consistent practices.
- Assist in research, benchmarking, and gathering information on sustainability trends, customer expectations, and ESG requirements.
- Support ongoing process improvements within the Global Sustainability function.
Skills requirements for this role :
- Bachelor Degree in Sustainability Management/Corporate governance/CSR with first experience in a similar role in a company (2 or 3 years of professional experience).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ESG systems or databases a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and summarize insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort working in a dynamic global environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Business Fluency in English, and a second European Language can be a plus like French.
