Join us as an EHS Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are not just met but exceeded within your designated cluster or site. Imagine leading the charge in promoting a robust EHS culture while collaborating with a dynamic operations team. You will engage with service technicians, conduct inspections, and provide essential training, all while fostering a proactive approach to EHS management. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our #HomeSafe initiative, ensuring that every team member feels empowered to prioritize safety in their daily operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will proactively monitor and assess EHS performance, implementing improvement plans to enhance safety and compliance.

Collaborate with EHS specialists and operations management to provide guidance on legislation and local standards.

Lead point-of-work visits to engage with technicians, conduct audits, and offer coaching for continuous development.

Ensure all incidents, accidents, and near misses are reported and investigated, with corrective actions implemented and monitored.

Facilitate the creation and delivery of EHS training and inductions, promoting a culture of safety and awareness across the team.

What You Bring

A country-specific HSE qualification, such as a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.

Previous EHS experience in an operational or engineering environment, ideally within a power service or offshore industry.

Proven ability to provide EHS leadership and pragmatic guidance in high-performance work settings.

Strong relationship-building skills to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in mainstream software packages and a clean motor car driving license.
