As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our newly established Poland Payroll Hub. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, local country teams and external payroll providers, you will help deliver accurate and timely payroll services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other countries supported by the Hub. - Processing scheduled payroll activities for assigned employee groups and countries
- Reviewing and validating payroll inputs, including employee lifecycle changes, compensation updates, taxes, time and absence data
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee information within payroll and HR systems
- Performing payroll checks and reconciliations to support accurate and timely payroll delivery
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, local country teams and external payroll providers to resolve payroll-related matters
- Responding to payroll inquiries and supporting the resolution of employee questions
- Supporting payroll reporting, audit activities and compliance with established processes and controls
- Contributing to payroll transformation initiatives, testing activities and continuous process improvements
- Supporting payroll delivery across the UK, Ireland, South Africa and other countries supported by the Poland Payroll Hub
Essential
- 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience
- Working knowledge of payroll processing, statutory deductions, employee lifecycle changes and payroll controls
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance and external partners
- Experience using payroll or HR systems and processing payroll data accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring activities within strict deadlines
- Ability to follow established procedures, identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Desired
- Experience supporting UK, Ireland, French or other European payrolls
- Experience working with a third-party payroll provider
- Familiarity with ADP, Oracle, UKG or similar payroll applications

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 7.600 PLN gross to 10.900 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
