We are looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to manage daily transport operations, handle deviations, coordinate urgent shipments, and ensure smooth and timely deliveries in a dynamic supply chain environment.

Monitor daily transport flows and manage deviations.

Receive, coordinate, and execute urgent transport requests.

Book and coordinate transportation for deliveries.

Follow up with carriers to ensure timely and reliable shipments.

Establish and maintain contingency plans for transport disruptions.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve transport-related issues.

Ensure efficient transport operations and minimise delivery delays.

️ 2–5 years of relevant experience in transport coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.

️ Practical knowledge of transport bookings and delivery coordination.

️ Experience handling transport deviations and urgent shipments.

️ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

️ Ability to work independently with general supervision.

️ A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
