Our products support critical applications including telecommunications, UPS systems, renewable energy, emergency lighting, security systems, and industrial power solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Technical Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Department in Ridderkerk. In this role, you will support technical projects, customer solutions, testing activities, product documentation, and cross-functional operations while working closely with colleagues throughout Europe and Asia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge, project coordination, and administration in a hands-on engineering environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Assistant Engineer, you will:

• Support the Technical Department with daily technical, administrative, and project-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system drawings, product specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Assist with customer projects, technical inquiries, product selection, troubleshooting, and warranty/RMA processes.
• Conduct and document battery testing, technical evaluations, and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate technical information and project requirements between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, manufacturing facilities, and international factories.
• Develop expertise in VRLA battery technology and energy storage solutions while supporting continuous product and process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, engineering support, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and technical documentation is an advantage.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Chinese language skills is a plus.
