About the Role:

  • Assist in updating internal databases (e.g., recording sick or maternity leave).
  • Help prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Coordinate with external partners, like temporary work vendors.
  • Compile regular reports and assist in creating presentations.
  • Respond to managers' or employees' queries about HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and establishment of new processes to enhance standards (Best Practice).
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary projects (operational and strategic), with a focus on utilizing digitalization.
  • As required, support to the payroll department by collecting and sharing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).
  • Support HR projects (e.g., assist in organizing a job fair event).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional training.
  • Professional experience in a relevant field is desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
