About the Role
IT Solutions Worldwide B.V. is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled HVAC Service Technician on behalf
of our client for an immediate, full-time assignment based in Spijkenisse, Netherlands.
In this vital technical role, you will be responsible for the independent maintenance, repair, and optimization
of mechanical HVAC installations within an industrial environment. You will act as an on-site entrepreneur,
working closely with clients and maintenance engineers to ensure a healthy and comfortable climate, taking
full ownership of your daily task planning and material procurement.
This position requires an enthusiastic, self-driven professional with a cool head under pressure, capable of
switching rapidly between tasks while delivering creative, technical solutions and maintaining strong,
collaborative client relationships

What You'll Bring
- Completed MBO Level 3 diploma as a Service Technician.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in installation technology.
- Possession of a valid Category B driver's license.
Nice to Have
- F-Gas Certification: F-Gassen (F-Gas) certificate for handling fluorinated greenhouse gases safely in cooling installations.
- VCA Basic / VOL Certification: Safety certification (VCA-VOL) for working safely in industrial and technical environments in the Netherlands.
- Brand Experience: Prior hands-on experience with specific industrial cooling and climate system brands (e.g., Daikin, Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric, or Trane).
