Master Data Specialist (PIM), EMEA, Industry (Interim 6 months)

• Search internal systems and documentation to locate required product attributes, including GTIN/EAN codes, dimensions, weights, HS codes, certificates, packaging data, product pages, and literature
• Navigate ERP master data views (e.g., Basic Data, Sales, Foreign Trade, Units of Measure) to locate EANs, dimensions, weights, and logistics data
• Enter and update verified data in PIM/master data templates, flagging gaps and inconsistencies as they arise
• Cross-check data against source documents (Declarations of Conformity, type-examination certificates, technical datasheets) to ensure accuracy
• Liaise with product management, logistics, and compliance contacts to clarify missing or unclear information
• Report progress against data completeness targets on a regular (weekly) basis

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in a data, logistics, e-commerce, customer service, or administrative role (recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets in Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data cleaning)
• Good English proficiency — documentation is largely in English
• Self-starter able to navigate multiple systems independently and follow up on missing information with minimal supervision
• Structured and accurate working style — knowing where and how to search matters more than deep system expertise

Preferred

• Hands-on SAP experience — comfortable moving between material master tabs/views to find EANs, dimensions, and logistics attributes
• Exposure to a PIM system, ideally Salsify (content enrichment, attribute completeness, syndication basics)
• Power BI or other reporting tool basics
• An additional European language (German, French, Polish, or similar) is a plus
