In this role, you will represent leading global brands by assisting Italian-speaking clients and addressing inbound inquiries via phone calls, digital chats, and email messages. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming inquiries from Italian clients through phone, chat, and email platforms while maintaining high standards of courtesy and professionalism.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze customer concerns, identify root problems, and present customized, actionable solutions.
• System Logging: Maintain precise, comprehensive records of client communications, ticket statuses, and resolutions within internal CRM tools.
• Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed established operational metrics, such as customer satisfaction ratings, initial contact resolution ratios, and standard interaction durations.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate in regular training sessions to stay up to date on product changes, organizational policies, and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Italian Language: Native fluency or advanced proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both oral and written Italian.
• English Competency: At least a B2 level of English proficiency to ensure smooth internal dialogue, participation in training modules, and teamwork across departments.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work variable shift patterns across a 24/7 rotational schedule.
• On-Site Requirement: Reliability in commuting daily to perform duties at our Lisbon office site.
• Work Authorization: Possession of EU/EEA citizenship, a valid European passport, or appropriate legal authorization permitting unrestricted employment within Portugal.
• Key Attributes: Superior interpersonal skills, strong active listening habits, emotional stability under stressful conditions, and a self-motivated approach to tasks.

Compensation ModelsOption 1: Local Resident Package

• Base Pay: €1,262.33 gross monthly wage (distributed across a 12-month schedule)
• Ideal For: Candidates currently living in or near Lisbon, or those who prefer to arrange and manage their own housing independently

Option 2: Relocation Support Package

• Base Pay: €1,059.00 gross monthly wage (distributed across a 12-month schedule)
• Accommodation: Individual bedroom in a shared company-provided apartment, complete with all basic utilities covered
• Travel Benefits: 100% reimbursement of initial flight expenses upon completion of the probationary period, along with free airport transportation on arrival
