Your Tasks
The Marketing Analytics Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a reliable marketing analytics ecosystem that enables data-driven decision-making across HOMAG Group's global marketing activities. The role serves as the internal marketing analytics expert for the organization, defines measurement standards, develops KPI frameworks and reporting solutions, and supports global marketing teams, including the HOMAG Social Media Team, with reliable performance insights, analytics governance and business recommendations.

Build and maintain a global marketing analytics ecosystem that enables data-driven decision-making.

Define measurement standards, KPI frameworks and reporting rules for marketing activities across the organization.

Analyze the performance of digital channels (websites, CRM, newsletters, campaigns, events, social media) and translate results into concrete business recommendations.

Design, develop and maintain global dashboards and recurring reports for management and marketing teams.

Standardize reporting structures, KPI definitions and reporting logic across global and regional teams.

Monitor data and tracking quality: implement and enforce tagging standards, campaign naming conventions and measurement frameworks.

Diagnose tracking and data integration issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Analyze customer journeys across digital touchpoints, identify conversion barriers and recommend UX/campaign optimizations.

Support marketing teams (including the Social Media Competence Center) in campaign measurement, KPI development and in training on dashboards and result interpretation.

Present performance insights clearly and business-focused, generating actionable insights that drive optimization.

Maintain analytics documentation, governance and best practices and promote a data-driven culture across the organization. Your Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics or business intelligence; international B2B experience is an advantage.

Practical experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Piwik PRO, Google Analytics or similar).

Experience creating dashboards and reports with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio or similar).

Strong understanding of KPI development, campaign measurement and marketing performance reporting.

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation measurement principles is an advantage.

Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.

Ability to interpret complex data, critical thinking, high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; strong presentation skills.

Ability to understand marketing objectives, consult stakeholders and build trusted relationships.

Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities; curiosity about analytics technologies, AI and automation; solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to produce process documentation, governance materials and to deliver training and knowledge-sharing.
