CX Back Office Finance & Compliance EMEA- SKF Automotive Business
As a key member of the Finance team, you will oversee customer account management, payment processing, reconciliations, and continuous improvement of AR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Working closely with the external and internal accounting department
- Reviewing contractual terms regarding deductions, late payment interest, reminders, etc.
- Managing customer payments, chargebacks, and disputes, creation of credit / debit notes (including price retroactivity specific to OE)
- payment advice handling
- Check chargebacks (deductions/additional payments) and create correction documents if necessary
- Handling cash-on-account processes and reconciliation (FOC, Cap)
- Credit limit management (preparation work in CX - Finance approving)
- processing and solving errors in SBI Monitor + consider SII for Spain
- Rebate creation and settlement /Bonus
- Assisting for audits (finance + internal control)
- Manage return shipments (stock cleanse) full process incl. credit note handling and receipt of credit note from PDIV
Requirements
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience with SAP Sales and Finance
- Basic VAT knowledge
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Team player with a willingness to take responsibility
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Structured, independent, and self-reliant working style
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
