Production Supervisor*

ROLE:

Oversee daily production to ensure targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met in a food/supplement manufacturing environment;
Coordinate production operators to ensure an effective workflow;
Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement prompt corrective measures;
Plan production activities and maintain up-to-date records;
Ensure materials are readily available for production;
Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager;
Support the training and integration of new production staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree or technical training in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or related fields (preferred);
Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings;
Previous team supervision experience (considered an advantage);
Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills;
Ability to work in a high-paced production environment;
Good Excel skills and confidence using technology;
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to quality.
