About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
What You'll Do
- Office Administration: Support the daily operations of the office to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment; Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor reception, and office logistics; Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers.
- Administrative Support: Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and other administrative coordination; Maintain and organize administrative documents and office records; Support invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and vendor coordination; Assist with office relocation, facilities management, and other administrative projects; Organize internal meetings, employee events, and team activities.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the local management team; Coordinate with regional teams on office-related matters; Complete other ad hoc assignments as required; Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other administrative tasks.
About You
- Currently enrolled in a university with at least six months remaining until graduation (MUST)
- Major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or any related major
- Have an internship experience in corporate HR departments and administration will be a plus
- Proficient with Excel data analysis and administrative duties
- Proficient in Chinese and English is a must; other languages proficiency is a plus.
