Your Task

• Developing cooperation with existing and new T-Mobile Business Solutions customers from the segment of the largest enterprise companies in Poland
• Sale of comprehensive IT and ICT solutions and services, including: Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, Networking.
• Conducting strategic business conversations, analyzing customer needs and adapting the offer to their requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical support team, product department and other units to provide the best value proposition for customers.
• Negotiating the terms of cooperation and finalizing contracts in accordance with the company's sales goals.
• Market monitoring, trend analysis and identification of new sales opportunities.
• Cooperation with the marketing department in the field of organizing sales events, conferences and industry events.

Your Profile

• Experience in B2B sales in the IT/ICT sector, including design and integration sales (based on Margins 1)
• Experience in conducting conversations and negotiations at C-Level.
• Knowledge of solutions from key IT vendors such as: HPE, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet, VMware, IBM.
• Ability to recognize and create customer needs in the field of modern technologies.
• Very good command of English spoken and written.
• High orientation towards the realization of sales goals and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.

Welcomed:

• Certificates confirming knowledge of the products and solutions of key IT vendors.
• Experience in selling cloud, network and IT security solutions.
• Knowledge of the methodology of consultative sales and the ability to work in the ecosystem of technological partners
