About the job

We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Procurement team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, analysis, reporting and process optimization. You will play a key part in supporting tasks related to ensuring efficient and data-driven Procurement function. You will act as a consultant within the Procurement department assisting our Senior Excellence Manager on our roadmap on Processes, Data, Tools and Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive independent small projects from data crunching to analysis, solution presentation and implementation
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to support procurement decisions
  • Maintain and update data in relevant systems
  • Prepare dashboards and performance reports for internal use
  • Support creation of RFX events in our procurement tool
  • Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc tasks related to category management, suppliers, compliance etc.

About you

We are looking for someone that:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s program (preferably in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or similar) with at least 2 years remaining in your studies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, Vlookup, data analysis) and an interest working with data, experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong PowerPoint understanding (Thinkcell knowledge is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
  • Outgoing and proactive, comfortable engaging with colleagues, stakeholders and taking initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Eager to develop skills around AI and LLM, and data visualization
  • Good communication skills
  • Full proficiency in English
