What's the role?
Official job title is Warehouse and Logistics Specialist and will be based in our Gothenburg office.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support warehouse operations and inventory management for AUV systems, subsea survey equipment, tooling, spare parts, consumables, and associated assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring equipment is accurately received, stored, maintained, and dispatched, while upholding inventory integrity and supporting project mobilization and offshore activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, dispatching, and proper handling of AUV systems, subsea survey equipment, tooling, spare parts, consumables, batteries, and field support materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in for AUV assets, equipment, and warehouse supplies.
- Assist with stock checks and reporting of discrepancies for AUV equipment and critical spares.
- Prepare, verify, and kit AUV equipment and materials for project mobilization, demobilization, vessel movements, offshore deployment, and remote operational requirements.
- Coordinate with AUV operations teams, offshore crews, supply chain team, and suppliers to support equipment readiness and timely project delivery.
- Assist with shipment documentation and customs-related requirements as needed.
- Follow company EHSQ regulations and procedures to maintain safe and compliant operations.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, AUV spares availability, stock control, preservation practices, and process consistency.
- Support inventory control, warehouse asset records, and day-to-day operational efficiency for AUV stores, workshop areas, and project staging locations.
- Assist with warehouse logistics tools, AUV maintenance support processes, equipment servicing schedules, tooling control, and calibration coordination.
- Support procurement, cost tracking, material planning, replenishment, and sourcing requirements for AUV spares.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with EHSQ requirements in all warehouse and AUV support activities.
- Receive, process, transfer, and document incoming AUV equipment, spare parts, consumables, and inventory movements in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate support for AUV equipment testing and inspection.
- Maintain accurate inventory data including AUV asset classifications and controlled stock records.
- Liaise with AUV operations, technical team, supply chain, and vendors to support equipment availability, maintenance planning, and inventory requirements.
- Provide basic guidance to internal users when required and comply with company policies, AUV stores procedures, inventory controls, and equipment management requirements.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in warehouse or logistics experience, preferably within seismic surveying, geophysical services, or oil & gas operations.
- Experience managing large inventories of technical equipment.
- Familiarity with systems and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of oilfield or seismic equipment logistics.
