Southwestern Recruitment is partnering with an international engineering and manufacturing company that develops high-performance mechanical components and motion technologies used in industrial automation, machinery, robotics, and advanced manufacturing environments. We are looking for a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to lead growth across France and the Benelux region and execute sales strategy across France and Benelux.
Daily responsibilities:
- Acquire new industrial and OEM customers
- Grow and manage existing key accounts
- Develop and support distribution partners where relevant
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to support customer solutions
- Identify new market opportunities and application areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales within industrial or engineering environments
- Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, distributors or industrial end-users
- Strong track record in business development and territory growth
- Ability to understand technical products and customer applications
- Very good (min. C1 level) French and English
- Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel across France and Benelux
Nice to have:
- Exposure to industrial components such as power transmission, automation, drives, bearings, linear motion or similar technical products
- Dutch language
