About the Role
Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests in the heart of Kaatsheuvel.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every room feels fresh, spotless, and ready to impress.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a hands-on supervisor. You’ll train staff and oversee the cleaning of guest rooms. We maintain high standards at the Efteling Grand Hotel.
In addition to training and supervising, you’ll also help clean checked-out rooms and prepare rooms for guests staying overnight at the Efteling Grand Hotel, including changing and making beds.
You’ll provide friendly assistance to guests when they have questions or approach you.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus (but not required)
- Great attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Your own transportation for easy access
