Sous Chef

At the Foxham we specialise in the finest seafood and champion the best from the Cornish coast. We have a fresh fish delivery everyday from Cornwall allowing us freedom to create great dishes on a daily basis.

Having grown the reputation, we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team and to work with the Head Chef in driving the business forwards. Its important to have an easy and friendly approach towards your colleagues in our happy kitchen.

Responsibilities:

You will have experience working at a Sous Chef level. You will be organised, reliable and passionate about food, with good attention to detail. You will support the Head Chef in maintaining menu consistency and in developing a creative, seasonal and stand out menu.

The ideal candidate:

You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Passion, a great work ethic and the ability to work positively within a kitchen team is critical. The ability to communicate in English is of huge importance and eligibility to work and live in the UK is essential.
