What you'll do

  • Support the team in managing and maintaining our portfolio of housing properties
  • Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors/vendors
  • Assist with property inspections and quality checks on housing units
  • Support our 24/7 maintenance coordination process
  • Help identify and suggest improvements to facility processes

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying Facility Management (HBO level)
  • Hands-on, practical problem-solver who's comfortable visiting properties in the field
  • Dutch preferred (for coordinating with local contractors/vendors), English required
  • Available full-time (32-40 hrs/week) for 5-6 months
  • Driver's license is a plus

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: €500,00 - €700,00 per month
